Discuss your challenge
The first conversation is about the problem and whether there is a useful, bounded next step — not about forcing a pre-packaged engagement.

Meet the founderBefore we work together
How does an engagement start?
It starts with a short conversation about the problem, the outcome you need and the constraints around it. Where further investigation is useful, the first step can be a separately scoped diagnostic to establish the evidence and recommend what to do next. Any further work is agreed separately.
Do you only advise, or do you also help implement?
Execution Clarity combines diagnosis and design with practical support to put changes into use. Depending on the agreed scope, this can include operating models, decision processes, workflow redesign, bounded prototypes and support through adoption and handover. Production-scale engineering and deep system integration are separately scoped for delivery by your team or appropriate specialists.
Will we need to replace our existing tools and governance?
The starting point is what you already have. Existing tools, forums, policies and working practices are retained where they serve the purpose. Where they create delay, duplication or unclear ownership, the work identifies what to simplify, change or remove. New technology is considered where the problem warrants it.
Who will deliver the work?
Rajesh leads the engagement directly and remains your senior point of contact. The scope is matched to the capacity and expertise required. If specialist support is needed, the responsibilities and delivery arrangements are agreed with you before that work begins.
How are fees and timelines agreed?
An initial estimate follows a conversation about the scope, available evidence and access to the people involved. Before work starts, we agree the deliverables, fees, responsibilities and timeline. Where the starting point is uncertain, a separately scoped diagnostic can clarify the work before a larger commitment.
Who makes the decisions, and what do we receive?
Your leadership retains decision authority and accountability. Execution Clarity provides the analysis, recommendations and practical deliverables agreed for the engagement. Before work starts, we clarify what will be handed over and how your team can use and adapt it, including any limits relating to existing methods or third-party materials.
